Separate grapes from skins

Simmer grapes to loosen seeds

Strain to remove seeds

Blend puree with grape skins and sugar until smooth

Yep, that's smooth

Simmer puree until thickened, stirring frequently

Spread the puree on a silicone baking mat or a food dehydrator mat

Dehydrate at 145° for 8 hours or bake in the oven at 170° for 6 hours until bendable and tacky–but not sticky

Slice and roll in parchment paper for peelable snacking!
